LEVEL 5 LEADERSHIP AWARD
The Level 5 Leadership Award recognizes Hoosier Sport student team members who demonstrate personal humility, professional will, and a strong commitment to the Hoosier Sport mission and core values.
WHAT IS THE LEVEL 5 LEADERSHIP AWARD?
The Level 5 Leadership Award is a prestigious recognition given to a Hoosier Sport student team member, undergraduate or graduate, who demonstrates Level 5 Leadership and lives out the Hoosier Sport mission and/or core values.

Level 5 Leadership is a concept from Jim Collins’ book Good to Great. Level 5 leaders build enduring greatness through a powerful combination of personal humility and professional will. This represents the highest level of leadership ability and reflects the kind of leadership that can elevate teams toward sustained excellence.
WHY IT MATTERS
Hoosier Sport’s strong team culture is one of its greatest strengths. To sustain that culture, it is important to celebrate and uplift the people who help make the team sustainable and impactful.

This award provides a dedicated opportunity to recognize team members whose leadership, character, and commitment have influenced the Hoosier Sport community. It also invites the team to pause, reflect, and celebrate the teammates who have supported, encouraged, and shaped the program throughout the year.
